Pricing FAQ
What happens when my account reaches maximum submissions?
Trial and free accounts stop receiving submissions when the account limit is reached, and end users see an alert that the database does not accept any more submissions. Standard accounts pay a small fee of 2 cents per excess submission, or you can buy add-on packs of additional submissions at discounted rates.
We notify free and standard accounts when they are approaching the monthly submission limit so you can take proper action. Free accounts always have the option to upgrade to standard to benefit from additional submissions, email notifications, custom confirmation pages, and email support.
Can I pay for one year of service in advance?
Certainly. Contact Support for assistance. Note that you will still need a credit card on file in your account in the event of excess submissions.
